A gang including Boy, the leader, Benny, Schatz and Trigger harass innocent bystanders and blackmail drunk drivers. Benny is ready to leave this life of crime against Boy’s wishes. During a break-in, Benny is knifed.

Detectives Ancher, Brask and Rieger are assigned the case. Then Brask is killed. Rieger freaks out, attacks Boy during an interrogation and is suspended. Ancher is left to sort things out and bring back normalcy.
